Ok, so this is how it works.
When you put your BLOGRUSH widget up on your blog, it will start displaying headlines of posts from other blogger's blogs that are using the BLOGRUSH widget too. Every time your widget gets loaded ie. your blog gets a hit, your latest blog post headline will display on someone elses blog in their BLOGRUSH widget. And when they click on your post's headline, you get a visitor!
Your traffic can multiply as you refer more people to join BLOGRUSH.
In a way the referal system is like your traditional MLM system. When you refer others, you can earn credits for impressions they make when they refer someone, you earn credits from impressions made them and their referals and keeps going for 10 levels. So your credits can add up very quickly.
